Inputs

Create an input in any region — your encoder calls us, or we pull from your own SRT server. Start, stop, rename, edit its SRT settings and advanced options, or move it to another region. Play a test feed before your encoder is ready.

Copies for takers

Send a bit-exact copy to a new taker (one copy per taker), edit it live — only that copy reconnects — or remove one, all within your license count.

Health, support & team

Check whether video really arrives and why a connection was refused, read the history, open a support ticket, read billing facts, and — for admins — invite or remove teammates.

What can an AI agent do in SRT Cloud?

Create inputs, send copies to takers (one copy per taker), edit their SRT settings and advanced options, pull from your own SRT server, play a test feed, check feed health and history, open support tickets, read billing facts and manage your team — the same actions as the dashboard.

Can an AI agent change my billing?

No. No agent can change your plan, license count or card. With the read-only billing permission it can only report your plan, next payment and invoices.

Which AI assistants can connect?

Claude and ChatGPT connect with one-click sign-in. Claude Code, Cursor and other assistants that support remote tool servers connect with a scoped key from Settings → AI Access.

How do I stop an agent?

Revoke its key or connection in Settings → AI Access; access ends immediately. Every call an agent makes is logged.
