Wowza speaks SRT both ways. We'll push a copy into its listener, and show the stream ID syntax. Since 4.9.4, one listener port takes many publishers, routed by stream ID. Three XML touches. The part everyone gets wrong: the stream ID is an instruction. Publish mode, then app, instance, stream. Our side is the usual caller output: the Wowza host, its listener port, the passphrase, and that publish stream ID. In Wowza Manager the stream appears under your application, playable, ready for packaging. Bit-exact copy. Back the other way: add a stream target, generic SRT. Host, port, latency, and Secure SRT with a passphrase. Listener mode, the publish stream ID, a caller output from us, a stream target back. Next up: Castr, in sixty seconds.
